Community Residential Services for Adults (CRS)
Community Residential Services for Adults (CRS) provide 24-hour residential support in a licensed setting for adults who require ongoing supervision and assistance. These services include support with activities of daily living, medication administration, health and safety monitoring, behavioral support, and community engagement. The goal is to provide a safe and supportive living environment while promoting independence and quality of life.
Individualized Home Supports (IHS) with Training
Individualized Home Supports with Training provide person-centered support focused on skill development and independence for individuals living in their own home or family home. Staff work directly with individuals to teach and reinforce skills related to daily living, community participation, household management, and self-care. The goal is to help individuals build and maintain the skills needed to live as independently as possible.
Individualized Home Supports (IHS) with Family Training
IHS with Family Training provides person-centered support in the individual’s home while also teaching and coaching family members or caregivers to reinforce skills and strategies. This service focuses on:
- Skill development for the individual in areas such as personal care, daily living, household management, and community participation.
- Family or caregiver training, ensuring that family members can effectively support the individual’s independence and ongoing progress.
- Collaboration with the support team to implement strategies from the person- centered plan and promote consistency across environments.
Individualized Home Supports (IHS) without Training
Homemaking Services
Homemaking Services assist individuals with maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy home environment. Supports may include tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and general household organization. These services help individuals who may have difficulty completing household tasks independently due to disability or health-related needs.

Individualized Community Living Supports (ICLS)
Individualized Community Living Supports (ICLS) assist adults who live independently in the community. These services support individuals with household management, health and wellness monitoring, community participation, and skill development. ICLS is designed to help individuals maintain stability in their home and remain actively engaged in their community.
Night Supervision
Night Supervision provides awake/asleep overnight staff support in residential settings to ensure the health and safety of individuals during nighttime hours. Staff remain available to monitor individuals, respond to emergencies, and assist with personal care or other support needs as required.
Adult Companion Services
Adult Companion Services offer non-medical supervision and social engagement for adults who benefit from companionship and community interaction. This service focuses on promoting socialization, participation in activities, and overall well-being, while also providing incidental assistance with light household tasks when needed.
