Residential Assisted Living
Royal Crown Homes provides residential Assisted Living in a safe, comfortable home environment with 24/7 staffing. We support health, independence, and overall well-being through personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs and preferences.
Residents enjoy freshly prepared meals, housekeeping, engaging activities, and community outings. Our services include medication management, assistance with daily living activities (ADLs and IADLs), behavior support, wound care, transportation, and 24/7 on-call Registered Nurse access. Housing rates range from $500–$900 per room.
HCBS 245D Services
Recuperative Care
Royal Crown Homes provides licensed recuperative care services for individuals experiencing homelessness who need short-term medical support while recovering from illness. Our program promotes healing in a stable environment and helps prevent unnecessary hospitalizations.
Eligibility requirements apply, including age, insurance coverage, housing status, and medical need for short-term care (under 60 days).
Individualized Home Supports
Individualized Home Supports help individuals live independently while receiving assistance with daily tasks and activities.
These services are tailored to each person’s needs and may include help with personal care, community activities, household tasks, and skill development.
Community Residential Services
Community Residential Services provide structured support in a residential home environment for adults who need assistance with daily living activities.
Our homes provide a safe and supportive environment where residents receive individualized care while maintaining dignity and independence.
Night Supervision
Night supervision services provide overnight staff support to ensure resident safety and comfort.
Staff members are available throughout the night to assist residents, monitor safety, and respond to any needs or emergencies.
